This Refund or Return Policy explains how Built with Less handles digital, single-payment purchases for personalised programmes. Because every plan is tailored to the information you provide and delivered digitally, it is not treated like a physical product that can be returned. Please read this carefully before purchasing.
What you are purchasing
You are purchasing a personalised, digital training programme with a one-time payment. No physical goods are shipped, and no recurring subscription is charged. Delivery occurs when we provide your plan digitally (for example, through email or the member area).
Change-of-mind returns
Because programmes are customised to you and delivered in digital form, change-of-mind cancellations are not eligible for refunds once delivery has begun or a plan has been issued. This aligns with common practice for bespoke digital services.
If you need to cancel immediately after purchase and before we start preparing your plan, contact us as soon as possible at hello@builtwithless.co.uk. Where no work has begun, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees.
Corrections and adjustments
We want your programme to match your goals and constraints. If details you supplied were unclear or need clarifying (for example, equipment changes or a new injury), we will make reasonable adjustments to the delivered plan so it remains usable. These adjustments do not constitute a new purchase and are provided as a quality commitment rather than a refund entitlement.
Delivery or access issues
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital plan, notify us within 7 days of delivery at hello@builtwithless.co.uk. We will re-send the plan or resolve access problems promptly. If we cannot deliver the plan due to a technical fault on our side, we will provide either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
How to request help
- Email hello@builtwithless.co.uk with your order details and a summary of the issue.
- We will acknowledge within 3 business days and outline next steps or any information needed from you.
- Approved refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers typically complete this within 5–10 business days after processing.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us first so we can help. Because plans are bespoke and digitally delivered, we may provide evidence of delivery and work completed in response to any payment dispute. Unauthorised or fraudulent use of your payment method should be reported to your bank immediately.
